70s does 30s Forest Green Knit Dress 1940s There is a single small

There is a single small patch pocket over one hip

There are initials chain stitched inside the jacket reading "RMM"

Front has grommets with matching tie to lace up

Belt backing is cracked in area but this is not visible when worn nor does it affect wearability

I've tried to capture all this in the final photo but it's hard to see

Skirt is fitted through the wait and hips and flaring at the hem. Sleeves are long and full cut with striped cuffs. Very stretchy, will fit an xs through medium. Excellent vintage condition, only very minor wear. Shoulder: 13" Bust: 32" unstretched, quite flexible here since it's not only stretchy but surplice Waist: 20" unstretched,
