Domaine de Piaugier Sablet Blanc, 2024 dry red flaked oats and pilsner maltThis wine is made of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne. The grapes are sourced from 12. 5 hectares of vines within the Sablet appellation from vines 25 years in age, all farmed organically. The wine has delicate acidity with slightly creamy and tropical fruit notes. We would pair it with a hearty chicken pot pie, or mushroom and lemon zest risotto.
