Each roll provides 1,000 prints. In retransfer printing, the dye film ribbon prints the image in reverse onto the PRIMA436 film first. The printer then heat transfers that image from the film onto the card surface, bonding it edge to edge, including over chip cutouts and uneven surfaces that direct to card printers cannot cover. PRIMA436 is required for every print job on the Prima 8; it
