Model 3910 Ballistic Blanket – Type IIIA Shield Tactical Accessories These covers were custom designedThe PROTECH Tactical Model 3910 Ballistic Blanket is an NIJ 0108. 01 Type IIIA roll up shield and has been tested against the MIL STD 662F for fragmentation. The woven Aramid ballistic material is covered in water resistant 1000 denier Cordura nylon and is a versatile tool for a variety of missions.
