Denny Gutierrez Pot Apparel critically acclaimed history of theDenny Gutierrez (1942 2013) was a potter from Santa Clara Pueblo. He learned the traditional art from his mother, Katherine Gutierrez. His aunt, Clara Stone, and sister, JoAnne Million, are also well known potters. Denny developed his distinctive style of faceted melon jar in the 1990s and earned awards for versions of it every year for a decade.
